I am from Hyderabad, working as a Team Leader for an Top BPO. From One (1) year I am trying to get into Software Testing Job. I have made this strategy to attend as many interview to gain experience in cracking interviews. And I am successful.
By attending lot of interviews in testing , although I am from BPO, I got a very good offer from a top europian MNC from Bangalore company.
So my appeal to all my friends (These excellent Site members) who r looking for a job in testing, is to “Please try to attend as many interviews as u can” there is no need to refer any books also.
Please note down questions which have asked in interviews and ask to your seniors and know the answers. Create a databank of questions.
Its more then enough.
Even I have FAQs – which have collected frm all the interviews, I will definitely post here so that all u people can use them.
